Introduction

 

From the pioneers in the AI machine learning field of market trade, we present our latest privacy-focused, DeFi tokenized offering with a limited supply.

 

Project Overview

 

Together, XQQQ and WQQQ form the next release in a planned series of at least six decentralized crypto projects that prioritize privacy from inception. Our journey began with OilDefi.io in April 2022, followed by offerings in $SPY, $BTC, $SOL, and $ETH. Future projects may include $TAO and $SUI trade offerings.

 

The QQQ Project

 

The QQQ project serves as a swap for holders of the SPY500 DeFi project (which is being retired) and also allows for public participation.

 

  • Primary Goal: To merge and exploit the advantages of a private decentralized crypto platform with a sophisticated, market-proven Ai Agentic Machine Learning Trade Software that aims to provide returns to token holders via Ai machine learning trade.

Token Details

 

  • XQQQ: Standard token with a capped supply, accessible with a smaller minimum entry.

  • WQQQ: ‘Whale’ token aimed at larger investors, with no supply cap, available for a limited time.

 

Both tokens will be launched on the fully privatized DERO crypto network to ensure end-to-end privacy. Transactions for both tokens will use XMR for its liquidity as a privacy coin.

 

Liquidity and Value Stability

 

  • Liquidity: Guaranteed directly from our treasury at the listed token value, preventing ‘pump and dump’ scenarios.

  • Value Stability: The token value reflects software returns (trading NQ_F), invested capital, and issued token count, minimizing price swings due to large trades.

 

Token Distribution and Presale

 

  • XQQQ Supply Cap: Established and locked post-pre-sale, consisting of pre-sale sales, XSPY swaps, and treasury reserves.

  • Presale Details:

    • Minimum Buy: $500.00 USD

    • Presale Period: Opens February 15, 2025, 12:00 PM EST, closes February 23, 2025, 6:00 PM EST.

    • Pricing: Presale at $0.37 USD per token, with an automatic swap price of $0.35 for $XSPY holders. Launch price at $0.40 USD.

  • Liquidation:
    • Token liquidation is performed directly with the Treasury by request via new particpation.

 

Management and Fees

 

  • Software Licensing (Rake): 9.16% of software returns.

  • One-Time Charges: Development (6.5%), marketing and sales (3.5%), administrative and promotional (4%), totaling 14%.

  • WQQQ Entry: $25,000 minimum, no sale limit, open for a limited, undetermined time.

Token Liquidation

  • To redeem tokens for XMR or other applicable currencies, investors should reach out to our support team. Tokens will be liquidated through the treasury at the current “Guaranteed Cash Out Price,” minus applicable exchange and transfer fees. This price, which reflects the software’s returns, will be regularly updated on the project website.
  • The token price is directly proportional to the performance of the trading software and is fully supported by the treasury at the stated cash-out value. Rather than distributing rewards as a percentage of returns, the value of the tokens increases to mirror the software’s profitability.
  • Token holders also have the option to sell their tokens privately to other investors at a mutually agreed-upon price. This approach can be advantageous if the perceived value exceeds the listed “Guaranteed Cash Out Price,” driven by expectations of sustained returns and limited token availability. In such cases, sellers may secure a premium above the treasury-backed price. A supply squeeze is likely, given the software’s baseline expected return rate and its ongoing performance enhancements—trends inherent to machine learning systems.
  • Liquidation requests are processed in coordination with new token purchases to maintain stable account balances, ensuring the software can execute trades algorithmically and predictably. The price remains guaranteed to align directly with the software’s trading returns, providing a reliable and transparent valuation mechanism.

STEPS TO PURCHASE TOKENS

1) Purchase desired amount of XMR at your preferred exchange (some of the above apps support conversion from BTC or LTC or other coins to XMR within those wallets).

2) Send XMR to your personal wallet from your exchange.

3) Ensure your DERO wallet is open and registered.
